Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026 · Version 0.1 (draft)
⚠ DRAFT — pending legal review. A starting template only; not legal advice. Complete every [BRACKET] and have it reviewed for [JURISDICTION] before relying on it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using OmniPlanner (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OmniPlanner is a self-hosted suite providing single sign-on access to project management (Plane), time tracking (solidtime) and goal planning (Leantime). Access is granted through accounts approved by an administrator.

3. Accounts & access

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) break the law or others' rights; (b) attempt to bypass the authentication gate, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security; (c) upload malware or unlawful content; or (d) overload the Service or its rate limits. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.

6. Third-party software

The Service integrates independent open-source applications (Plane, solidtime, Leantime), each under its own licence. Your use of those components is also subject to their respective terms.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. [Adjust to mandatory consumer protections in [JURISDICTION].]

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to [cap — e.g. the amount paid in the prior 12 months, or a fixed sum]. [Confirm enforceability under [JURISDICTION] law.]

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia], and disputes are subject to the courts of [VENUE].
